Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the 3D scanner and all original accessories, cables, and calibration charts into the original manufacturer's packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Revopoint
Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier to send the package to our designated service center, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
